1. The Service
We provide an AI-powered agent that handles customer communications for your business across messaging channels (SMS, Telegram, web chat, and others). The agent answers questions, captures leads, books appointments, and provides daily reports based on the knowledge base you provide.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide to your agent.
- You must have the right to use any phone numbers, business names, and trademarks you configure.
- You must comply with applicable messaging laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.) when using SMS features.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content your agent posts publicly (e.g., review responses).
3. AI Limitations
Your AI agent is designed to be helpful and accurate, but it is not perfect. It may occasionally:
- Provide incomplete or imprecise answers to unusual questions.
- Fail to understand complex or ambiguous customer requests.
- Require correction or additional training from you.
Critical business decisions should not rely solely on AI. We provide tools for you to review, correct, and train your agent. For high-stakes situations (medical emergencies, legal matters), the agent is designed to escalate to a human.
4. Billing & Refunds
- Service is billed monthly at the agreed rate.
- We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee from the date of first payment.
- You may cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the billing period.
- No refunds after the 48-hour window unless required by law.
5. Data Ownership
- Your data is yours. Business information, conversation logs, customer data, and agent configurations belong to you.
- You can export or delete your data at any time.
- We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve the platform (e.g., "average response time across all agents").
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Impersonate another business or individual.
- Conduct illegal activities or promote prohibited content.
- Intentionally mislead customers about whether they are communicating with AI or a human.
- Overwhelm the platform with automated requests beyond normal business use.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost customers, or business interruption.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination:
- Your agent stops handling customer communications immediately.
- Your data remains available for export for 30 days.
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
